    Quill needed to build its marketing function from the ground up but faced key challenges: finding the right marketing leader and generalist with literacy experience, bridging the gap in creative and landing page design, and navigating competing priorities without a clear starting point.

    Quill brought on Hallie Smith as a fractional CMO at 2 days/week. In the first 6 weeks, we sourced & hired a skilled Marketing Generalist with an ELA background, designed a new Admin page that has increased school & district page views by 35X, standardized product messaging to position Quill for its next phase of growth using “Teacher in the loop AI,” and more.
